When strategic decisions like succession planning need to be made in family businesses, a family conference is often held to discuss everything that needs to be arranged. On this website, you’ll find a guide and all the materials required to stage and experience such a family conference as a Live Action Role-Play (LARP).
What’s in it for you? Depending on your background, you can gain insights into how business succession works and what strategic decisions need to be made. Thinking about becoming self- employed and starting your own company? Why not consider taking over an existing business instead of starting from scratch?
